No, Jean, it does not allow me to save locally. I am having to keep Word open and type the report twice. If I could print the reports, which I cannot, that would help and I could later extract the words/phrases/normals I need.
Thankfully I have a rather extensive glossary and am not having to type each "letter" of the report, but to make it useful as far as normals for the docs, I'll just have to keep at it the way I am unless there is somehow a simpler, less time consuming, way.
