user point of view

I appreciate your efforts, and am ready to understand the difficulties involved in programming for the PalmOS. However, I am a user, not a programmer, and I buy what I find most convenient to use, and that is certainly not Windows Mobile. My wife's new HP4700 has given me the opportunity to watch someone who is computer savvy, but not at all interested in adding third-party software, struggle with on/off problems, syncing headaches, low battery life and unexplainable shut-offs, not to mention applications not always well modified for use on a PDA. So I stay with Palm. Find me something better as a user, and I will switch. PDR
