I have read that you can edit the Normal.dot file by simply opening the template. I can retrieve the file, but whenever I open it there is absolutely nothing there, that I can see. I've got a lot of entries in it, but how do I view the contents so I can edit it.
Is there a way to delete entries in the AutoCorrect (*.acl) file without starting Word, opening the feature (Alt-T, A), and then deleting things one by one? I have over 11,000 entries and I would like to scale things down to about one third that amount. Or, is this the impossible dream?
