Using CTRL+B

Thanks for the quick reply. Bold is turned on and then off immediately before and after "Pre-op Dx:" in the template. The MT uses F11 to get to the first field (and this field is not bold) and then will do a hard return if she has to do a 2nd entry under "Pre-op Dx:" but this 2nd line ends up being in bold as well.

I guess the MT would need to turn bold off with CTRL+B as soon as she does the hard return to avoid having the 2nd line being bold. Was hoping there was another way.
