Number insert is not formating.

I have no idea what caused this or how to fix it. I haven't changed anything recently but tonight all of a sudden when I insert Auto Text "page x of y" and hit F3, it stays { PAGE } of { NUMBPAGES }.

I'm using Instant Text to insert this and have used it for years. It's been so long and it worked just fine until tonight. I tried closing Word and re-opening but no luck. I also tried a re-boot, and that didn't help either.
