Thank you.

I have another dilemma I have to type the Date of dictation and the date of transcription at the end of letters and have an old date that I cannot delete.

I had entered:

D: 11 July 2008
T: 16 July 2008

When I used this computer(laptop) and Word 2007 to work. (In the meantime I used my other computer). My other computer is in a shop getting repaired and I am using my laptop again. I entered the current date into my speed typing engine software which is Swifttext Expander (Bytescribe) I have the date below in there and it comes out with both the old date of July 11 and 16th and the dates below:

D: 11 Sept 2008
T: 13 Sept 2008

So what I end up with is:
D: 11 July 2008
T: 16 July 2008 D: 11 Sept 2008
T: 13 Sept 2008

I have checked both my expander (Swifttext) and my autotext in Word 2007 and the old July dates do not show up in them, yet it is somewhere, because the July dates keep filling in when I use my shortcut.

Any ideas where the old July date might be?
