I was not aware I had to type F3 after my shortcut (I did not have to do that in word 97 for some reason) but I was able to figure this out from the web sites you gals kindly provided me, thank you for those learn 2007 web addresses...

I think I have got all 13 templates retyped with their autotext boilerplates. (I am thinking my date fields are going to be a problem with the new 2007 auto dating format, but will cross that bridge when I get to it).

Going from WP51/PRD to Word 2007 with Instant Text has been a huge leap in these last few months, but with all of you holding my hand I have learned so much. I am more determined than ever to get up and running and couldn't of done it without a LOT of HELP from my MT FRIENDS. So I just wanted to say thanks to you all.
