Not fixed (on my T|C) in the June or July versions

I still see the same pattern on my T|C. As soon as the IT window pops up caps locks is gone. I'm using the ITM-TEST (July version). I still had the problem with the prior update that was supposed to fix this.

Not the end of the world. I just stopped formatting things w/ all caps.
