Interaction with dynamic input area on T3

I always use full screen writing for entering data on my T3. When I use Instant Text, the moment the advisories pop up on the screen, the dynamic input area opens up to show the keyboard, which I then have to collapse again.

Is there anyway to prevent this happening?
