yes the {command}{backspace} appears and before I asked the question I tried editing the entry by typing a backspace first. I've looked at those pages and maybe I'm dense but I just don't get it. Does this mean that by typing {} around the word backspace that the software is supposed to know to backspace, clearly that's not working for me? The manual goes on to say that I can enter another dialog box and type in the command but I just want a backspace and clearly I don't understand how to get one in there. I need to get back to work and I need a solution. I might have time next week to call tech support but not now, I've spent enough time on this for today.
