I found a workaround for IT and Vista until the patch, and I hope it works for everyone. :)
You have to disable the User Account Control, but it works until a true solution is found.
You can disable this by going into the Control Panel>User accounts and family safety>user accounts>turn user account control on or off.
Apparently the security features of Vista are preventing IT from functioning (probably to keep programs that steal your passwords out??). I found this out because I had to disable UAC temporarily to get the EULA to stop appearing in Office 2003. For some reason I tried IT with it disabled and IT works just fine!
