The Link Options allow you to establish different options for every application that you link to.

With IT and your other program open, click on the Link icon which is located just above the Active Glossary List and looks like a little "up-arrow". That will bring up the Recognized Applications window. With your program highlighted in the Recognized Applications window, click on "Link Options".

Here you can set how many advisory lines you would like to show every time you link to this program. To set your default glossary, click on the "..." button next to where it lists the current default glossary, scroll through the list of your available glossaries & double-click on the one you wish to use with this program.

Also, be sure to have "Link Automatically" and "IT follows application automatically" both checked. When you are all done setting your options, click on "Link".

You can set different options using these same steps for every program that you link IT to.

Did the company give you an IT manual? If so, you can read more about the Link Options on pages 34-35.

Kind regards,
Kristen
