Is it installed on a network?

Is your Instant Text installed directly onto your C-drive or do you access it via a network?

Also, what version of IT are you using? You can find out by double-clicking on the blue title-bar in Instant Text and then go to Help and About Instant Text. There you will see the exact version and built date that you are using.

Lastly, do you have it set under Linking Options or do you mean you have it set under Options --> Advisories when you right-click on the phrases advisory?
