Changing Glossary

I work with Dictaphone ExTXT and the problem I have been having is that it seems when I go to end a document my glossary changes without me changing it!!! It changes on its own, and sometimes this happens while I am in the document,i.e., I can be in the Urology glossary and look over and suddenly I am in the Internal Medicine glossary. Also, my number of lines seems to change on me even though I set it in Options.
