Incorrect glossary line message

I didn't use the program for a long time. Now I've begun doing MT work again and am using it. I'm getting a message I never used to get. Every time, immediately after opening the program, I get a box that says "Incorrect glossary line." Then it has a little square in it, {5 15} recr receptor. Press OK to continue without the line, Cancel otherwise. I always click OK. I've deleted this entry in my main glossary, and none of my included glossaries have it, but I still get this box every time I use the program. Thanks.
