Suggestion for screen usage with Meditech

What I mean is that the Meditech screen does not get smaller and sit on top of IT screen. » This all depends on the size of your display and the resolution you are using. The T program apparently allows the use of 640x480 or 800x600. So if you have a display resolution of 1024x780 you can have both windows easily visible.
