As for not seeing what you write until too late(!), have you looked at the Click-N-Type on-screen keyboard, with layout designer? One of its clever tricks is to provide a buffer that you can type into, and then paste from in one go. So you can put its buffer next to Fitaly, type from Fitaly /into/ CNT's buffer, then send the text from CNT.
Designing CNT to look like Fitaly doesn't work, though - it doesn't keep up!
Or - I did mention having SoundPilot ($15.55) speak your keystrokes, didn't I?
