What do you mean by "disappeared behind other windows"?
I guess you mean that Fitaly is minimized?
Else Fitaly should always be on top.

But you are right that it is awkward that Fitaly takes the focus upon being restored. This is something we need to improve. I hope to have a solution for this soon in the next intermediate release.
