Using Fitaly Table PC from multiple accounts in Vista

Hi, I'm using Vista Home Premium on Samsung Q1 Ultra.

When running from multiple accounts, I get a dialog that says Fitaly needs reinstallation.

First install was from Admin account. Subsequent uses from User accounts.

I notice Fitaly is installed in C:\Fitaly.

Also, are the settings specific to each user (like the glossary, slides). If not, how could they be -- or else this can be an enhancement request.
