Fitaly API & Windows Version

Hello Textware and Fitaly staff,

How much is the API? Will it work with all versions of Fitaly or only the desktop Windows and Tablet PC versions?

Also what is the difference between Windows and Tablet PC versions?
Why not have the Tablet PC version?
The picture for Windows version shows no colors or special characters.
