How to use the cursor right/left and arrow keys

As a first guess, try sliding them or tapping them. Maybe this is already the answer to your problem.

If not, you should follow the following troubleshooting because FitalyStamp can be configured to almost any user profile. Also this article gives no explanation, just provides symptomatic solution to the given question.

Look at the third entry in your advanced options menu. It tells you whether you are in full-cell or half-cell mode. Note: "Set half-cell usage" means you are in full-cell mode already and vice versa.

Then look at the fifth entry.

(1) If you are in full-cell mode and the fifth entry says "Set accents direct" you have to TAP on the arrow keys.

(2) If you are in full-cell mode and the fifth entry says "Set arrows direct" you have to SLIDE the arrow keys.

(3) If you are in half-cell mode the fifth entry is not relevant. Try to tap on the LOWER HALF of the field. Does it work for you?

If not, and you insist on half-cell mode, you must place the FitalyStamp a millimeter higher. This is given by the digitizer. For an explanation see Additional Installation Notes.
