The Fitaly pattern was generated by a computer optimization and chosen among a few equivalent patterns because it contained more mnemonic words, such as Fitaly, doors, jump, count, harem...
The computer program did not sugest a pronunciation but we tend to pronounce Fitaly as F-Italy, that it as Italy with an F before.
