Bringing up the launch bar and recentappslist

Hi,
I couldn't get these to come up, using Fitaly 3 and a Tungsten T2. Now I have shifted to Virtual Fitaly and a T3, and have the same problem. I am not using any of the known incompatible apps.

Any suggestions?
