"i" menu missing-no digitizer procedure available

I've been reading the manual but there is no way to pop up the "i" information menu. When pressed, it loads the fitaly setup "Test Options" instead, which means that I can´t get the "Adjust Position" option working. Tried to reinstall, reorder hacks, disable hacks, etc. to no avail.
